The popularity of Now and Zen, a seasonal online newsletter, created a demand to share her online marketing skills and present Social Media Seminars to help food and health professionals become successful business owners and entrepreneurs. Celebrated for her warmth, wit and wisdom, Sam offers proven methods of wellness business Mentoring and delivers compelling, entertaining food and wellness presentations and keynote address for conferences, summits and business groups.

Born, bread and raised in the inner city of Melbourne, Sam now lives in Byron Bay, New South Wales where she enjoys the beautiful beaches, great surf and revered produce and lifestyle of the Northern Rivers region.
